Father Christmas in His Magical Grotto!

Father Christmas is returning for the very last time to Wheelbirks with his friendly elves again this year!

We know how popular our magical grotto experiences are and we are delighted to invite families to enjoy this festive event 🎁🎄

Our friendly elves accompany your group to the enchanted grotto, where Santa will be waiting to greet the children personally and amaze them with his knowledge about their hopes and plans for Christmas!

Father Christmas will give them an age-appropriate present & tasty treat and the elves will then take the children back to the parlour to choose their favourite homemade Jersey ice cream! 🍦Included in this event there is an additional fun activity -The children visit our festive station in the parlour to create their magical Reindeer dust to sprinkle on Christmas eve!

 IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!

Tickets will be released on Tuesday 30^th September. However, we appreciate this event sells out due to its popularity and booking can be stressful. Therefore, we have included the information you require at the time of booking below so you can be prepared:

- Parent/carer name and contact information – Email and telephone number

- Childs name 

- Childs age 

- Town/ Village they live 

- Gender

- Their interests/pets/hobbies/Christmas wishes 

- Have they visited Santa at Wheelbirks before 

Please note it is extremely important that whilst booking a slot, you take the time to fill in all the necessary information boxes about each child. Otherwise, we are unable to create the magical experience that we are well known for. Tickets remain in your basket for 30 minutes, so don't panic, your chosen time slot is held for that amount of time. 

A maximum of 4 adults are permitted into the grotto per booking, there is no charge for this. 

If you need to make alterations to your initial online booking, we will charge a £5 admin fee for changes to booking date, time, additional children, change in name/age/gender/interests. Therefore, please fill out your initial booking form carefully and correctly- as any changes after this is submitted will need to be paid for.

Children who are under 1 years old (on the date of the visit) and are accompanying siblings are free, but please note - they will not receive a present or ice cream.

If you would like them to receive a present and a personal Santa experience, then please pay for them as a child when booking.
 Please note prior to your booking, these tickets are non-refundable. However, you will receive a refund (except for the booking fee) if WE cancel this event.    

 2025 Prices per child, Weekday prices- excluding booking fee:
 1 Child slot : £25.95
  2 Child slot: £23.95 each  (Total cost - £47.90)
  3 child slot: £21.95 each   (Total cost - £65.85)
  4 child slot: £19.95 each   (Total cost - £79.80) 

Weekend prices- excluding booking fee:

1 child Slot: £27.95

2 Child Slot: £24.95 (Total £49.90)

3 Child Slot: £22.95 (Total £68.85)

4 Child Slot: £20.95 (Total £83.80)

If you have more than one child, or if you are visiting with friends, please ensure you book both/all children into the same time slot (maximum of 4 children per time slot) 

Father Christmas needs enough time to make sure he can speak to every child, and he doesn’t wear a watch!

If you have more than 4 children in your party, please ensure you book more than one time slot. 

If your child has specific dietary requirements or allergies, (e.g they require non-dairy ice cream) please email the parlour to let us know the child's name, allergy, date and time of your booking. 

On Tuesday 30th September 2025 at 10.30am, you will be able to purchase tickets. The tickets will remain in your basket for 30 minutes before they expire.
