Once tickets are issued,
they cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.
please ensure you can
present your ticket(s) upon arrival when attending an event, access will be
declined without this information.
Event cancelation
If an event at Wheelbirks is cancelled, you will be contacted, and a refund (excluding the booking fee) will be issued.
If you
are unable to attend an event for whatever reason OR do not meet the criteria stated for the event, Wheelbirks are unable to
offer any refund (including the booking fee)
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance unless we cancel the event.
