Llama Walking Experience - A Unique & Unforgettable Adventure! 

On our Open Farm Sunday we are delighted the Llama's are returning! 

Get up close and personal with Stony Pasture’s friendly llamas on this fun and relaxing 30-minute llama walking experience!

Taking in the stunning views over Wheelbirks, this half hour experience will allow you to glimpse parts of the farm you may not have seen and will familiarise you with these wonderful south American animals. There will be lots of time for photos and a chance to feed the llamas.

Anyone over the age of 12yrs can lead these Llama’s without adult accompaniment. Anyone under 12yrs needs to be accompanied by one adult and they will share a lead rope. (Each walk has a maximum of 6 adult (over 12) spaces and up to 6 children sharing lead ropes with their adults.) 

During your walk, you’ll have the chance to:

- Lead your own llama and enjoy their gentle nature

- Take plenty of selfies with these adorable animals

- Pet, feed, and bond with your llama

- Learn fun facts about llamas and their quirky personalities

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE – 

Under 3’s are prohibited for this event for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued unless we cancel the event. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear as the event will go ahead whatever the weather. If you need to make any additional changes to your booking, there will be a £5 admin fee charge. 

On arrival, you will be asked to sign a disclaimer- as although the animals are well handled and friendly - animals can of course be unpredictable.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your session to ensure a prompt start.
